Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.
Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
Balance cash register at the start and end of each shift and report discrepancies.
Assist in daily reporting of sales and cash collections to the supervisor or management.
Respond promptly and politely to customer inquiries or complaints.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations at the front desk.
Follow restaurant policies regarding discounts, vouchers, or promotions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role preferred.
Skills:
Strong numerical and cash handling skills.
Basic knowledge of POS systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional and courteous attitude.
