Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations to ensure efficient and exceptional service.
  • Manage and lead a team of waitstaff, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
  • Oversee reservation system, seating arrangements, and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate waitstaff to maintain high service standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of dining supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement service procedures and policies.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues diplomatically.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including point-of-sale systems.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Food safety and sanitation knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time Education:
  • Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Hospitality: 3 years (Preferred)
Language:
  • Malayalam (Required)
