Responsibilities
1.Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar or patrons
2.Flair bartenders
entertain guests, client, or audiences with the manipulation of bar tools (e.g. cocktail shakers) and liquor bottles in tricky, dazzling ways
.3.Assessing bar customers' needs and preference and making recommendations
4.Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
5.Plan and present bar menu
6.Check customers' identification and Confirm it meets legal drinking age
7.Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
8.Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
9.Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Requirement and Skills
1.Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
2.Excellent knowledge of in mixing , garnishing and serving drinks
3:Must be able to juggle, throw, and catch bottles.
4.Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
5.Ability to keep the bar organized ,stocked and clean
6.Relevant training certificate
working place : Dubai mall
working time :10hs/day, 4days off monthly
