Restaurant & Bar Supervisor-
Job Purpose :To assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant and bar while maintaining service excellence and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
oSupervise service team to deliver consistent, professional, and friendly service.
oSupport the manager in staff scheduling, training, and operational planning.
oEnsure cleanliness, setup standards, and service readiness at all times.
oHandle guest complaints efficiently and follow up with appropriate solutions.
oAssist in inventory, requisition, and cash handling procedures.
oPromote teamwork, discipline, and a positive work environment
Requirements:
oMinimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in F&B service (preferably in a 4/5-star property).
oStrong interpersonal and leadership skills.
oGood product knowledge in food, wine, and beverages.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
