As our Part-Time Accountant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the financial health of the restaurant. You'll work closely with management to handle bookkeeping, budgeting, payroll, and other financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping (ERP, SAP, QuickBooks or similar software)
Prepare monthly profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements
Handle payroll and staff expense tracking
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as an accountant (experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry is a plus)
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP, QuickBooks, Xero)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Degree or certification in accounting or finance preferred
