Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial planning expertise in a cutting-edge and dynamic field. YouaEUR(TM)ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and detail-oriented teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth production processes and achieving on-time delivery (OTD) performance. Day-to-day, youaEUR(TM)ll work closely with teams across manufacturing, supply chain, and quality, ensuring alignment and resolving challenges, while driving continuous improvement initiatives and much more. YouaEUR(TM)ll specifically take care of monitoring industrial planning and coordinating resources, but also optimizing workflows and addressing delays proactively.

WeaEUR(TM)ll look to you for:

Ensuring the application of Industrial Planning Golden Rules

Allocating resources for industrial scheduling and supporting schedulers in daily activities

Maintaining up-to-date Master Production/Repairs schedules and GSI data

Providing visibility on industrial scheduling to the Industrial Manager and proposing solutions for delays

Preparing inputs for SIOP meetings and conducting simulations to support decision-making

Daily monitoring of industrial planning and collaborating with manufacturing/testing/supply chain teams

Calculating and reporting KPIs such as MPS Accuracy, Manufacturing Adherence to Plan, and Hard WIP

Analyzing root causes of delays and proposing recovery actions

Managing work orders, material readiness, and production flow to ensure timely execution

Collaborating with procurement, logistics, and quality teams to resolve issues and prioritize tasks

Degree in Engineering or equivalent, preferably in Supply Chain

5 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain within an industrial environment

Team management experience

Strong knowledge of industrial planning
