Nous recherchons un Responsable du Developpement Commercial dynamique et motive pour accelerer le recrutement d'agent immobilier a Dubai.
Missions principales :
? Demarcher des
promoteurs immobiliers
? Recruter
des agent immobilier
? Mettre en place
une strategie de prospection
(appels, emails, rendez-vous).? Negocier
les contrats et commissions
avec nos partenaires.? Assurer le suivi et
la fidelisation des agent
pour maximiser leur engagement.Profil recherche :
Experience en
vente B2B / Business Development
, idealement dansl'immobilier
.Connaissance du marche immobilier a Dubai
(off-plan, secondary market). Excellentes competences ennegociation et closing
.Autonome, proactif
et oriente resultats.Anglais et Francais
courant obligatoire, l'arabe est un plus.Remuneration & Avantages :

About the Role:
We are looking for a
dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager
to accelerate the recruitment of real estate agents in Dubai.Key Responsibilities:
? Approach and onboard
real estate developers
.? Recruit
real estate agents
to join our platform.? Develop and execute a
prospecting strategy
(calls, emails, meetings).? Negotiate
contracts and commission structures
with partners.? Ensure
ongoing support and retention
of agents to maximize engagement.Candidate Profile:
Experience in
B2B sales / Business Development
, preferably inreal estate
. Strong knowledge of theDubai real estate market
(off-plan & secondary market). Excellentnegotiation and closing
skills.Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven
. Fluent inEnglish & French
(Arabic is a plus).Compensation & Benefits:
