Responsibilities

The Role Responsibilities
  • Our vision is to disrupt the organisation by attracting, developing and deploying diverse early careers talent into areas of strategic importance.
  • Specialist, Early Careers executes the Early Careers proposition in their market(s)/ business areas. This involves supporting the EC Manager in hiring, developing and deploying our early careers talent in line with success metrics. This role is also responsible for
Attraction Support:
  • Develop market intelligence and share insights to inform recruitment strategy i.e. conduct market research, such as campus events to inform attraction strategy
  • Organise campus hiring events including business participation, logistics, university liaison and facilitate events on day
  • Digital marketing and engagement via CRM
  • Provide input on promoting our programmes in a centralised social media calendar across our early careers and group social media channels and third party job boards
  • Be an employer brand champion across all of our social media platforms
Recruitment Support:
  • Support the management of candidate pipelines in collaboration with Resource Solutions
  • Organise interviews and assessment centres
  • Candidate management and engagement
  • Ensure contract execution and completion of pre-joining documentation and pre-employment checks are completed by support teams
Onboarding Support:
  • Ensure all necessary arrangement completed to onboard EC in-line with company policies and procedures
Programme Management Support:
  • Coordinate, plan and execute all logistics and facilitation for local induction activities
  • Plan and execute engagement events for Intern and International Graduates
  • Coordinate rotation activities
  • Coordinate graduate deployment process, this include: collating all data and information from PL\xe2\x80\x99s and providing information to PRB, carry out all necessary admin tasks to complete process
  • Guide IG Alumni association activities and encourage the graduates to self-organise events and activities
Data and record management:
  • Manage and maintain all data/ records to support attraction, recruitment, onboarding and programme management
People and Talent
  • Lead through example as a member of the Early Careers Team and help to build the appropriate culture and values with our junior talent. Work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
Governance
  • Ensure adherence to the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s policies and processes governing campus (student) hiring
  • Utilise reporting to ensure a balanced interview slate, ROI on campus strategy, time to hire, diversity metrics etc and take remediation action if there is a problem with our pipeline
  • Responsible for delivering effective governance and controls, and if necessary, oversee changes in these areas in partnership with an Early Careers Manager.
