Job Description
Libera is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Resourcing Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance. Maintain and leverage a strong network of industry contacts and potential candidates. Qualifications: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the oil and gas sector. A minimum of 5 yearsaEUR(TM) experience supporting recruitment for Drilling, Oilfield Services, EPC, Maritime Contractors, or IOCs and NOCs. Experience in the Middle East is preferred but not a prerequisite. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
