Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional resort receptionist who is fluent in Arabic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele. As a resort receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, handling reservations, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the resort reception area. Provide information and assistance to guests regarding resort amenities, services, and local attractions. Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately. Manage reservations and room assignments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for guests. Qualifications: Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven customer service experience, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems. Knowledge of local attractions and points of interest.
