Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Renovation Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of proven work experience in supervising Residential Renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations and coordinate all activities related to Residential Renovation projects. Manage subcontractors and ensure that work is executed according to specifications, timelines, and safety standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications and local regulations. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to address any issues or changes that arise during the project. Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, time sheets, and material usage. Ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available on site and manage inventory effectively. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel. Assist in resolving on-site challenges promptly to minimize delays and maintain project schedules.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in Residential Renovation supervision is mandatory. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders. Proficient in using construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Education:

A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
