Responsible for managing the life cycle of the Residential Broadband (Fixed 5G, Fiber and DSL) product line through collaborating with cross-functional teams such IT, sales, and customer support to develop and launch new products and features. With the purpose of ensuring product performance levels contribute to the desirable growth of the company
Section III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Core Responsibilities Product Assist in developing and executing the Fiber Broadband product strategy, including product roadmap, pricing, and positioning Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive trends, and market opportunities Manage the product life cycle, including product launch, ongoing support, and end-of-life decisions Ensure that the product line complies with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Operations Collaborate with technology, networks, sales, marketing and customer care teams to develop and launch new products and features Work closely with customers and partners to gather feedback and incorporate it into the product development process Provide product training and support to sales, marketing, and customer support teams
Communication Coordinating with Marcom team for Promotion and advertising purposes Aligning with the different marketing teams to develop product collateral, including sales presentations, datasheets, and website content
