- Managing the rental process from advertising to contract signing, including negotiating leases and collecting security deposit
- Regularly liaising with the landlord over progress on leasing arrangements
- Keep up to date with local RERA regulation, compliance, and rental matters
- Conducting market appraisals and property valuations
- Winning instructions and targeting new business opportunities
- Work as an effective team member, assisting others, as necessary
- Create a positive customer experience and manage all inquiries in a professional manner
- Driving Licence
- Excellent communication & people skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new CRM systems
- Be able to work on own initiative & develop new business
- Maintain a high professional profile at all times
- Willing to work flexibly to provide the best service to the clients
- A full resident\'s/employment visa paid by Espace
