Resident Engineer Roads & Bridges

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to oversee and manage large-scale roads infrastructure projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered in compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, and local authority regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in roads and infrastructure projects
- Previous RTA experience is mandatory
- Proven background working as a Resident Engineer in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of local standards, specifications, and approvals
- Arabic-speaking (mandatory)
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and reporting skills
- Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities
- Monitor progress, quality, safety, and timelines
- Review drawings, method statements, and technical submissions
- Represent the client in site meetings and inspections
