Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction supervision for roads, bridges, and infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with contract documents, approved drawings, and specifications
• Control engineering scope, schedules, variations, change management, and project closeout activities
• Monitor progress against program and budget requirements and identify scope changes when required
• Interface with contractors and subcontractors to ensure contractual compliance and timely delivery of works
• Review construction works to confirm adherence to applicable codes, standards, and quality requirements
• Review, evaluate, and approve change orders and variations and notify project management of impacts
• Coordinate with local authorities and government agencies for approvals, inspections, and project handover
• Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and key issues
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and completion of the project
• Ensure Parsons contractual rights and obligations are fulfilled throughout the project lifecycle
• Promote compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements on site

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
• Minimum 15 years of post-graduate experience in construction supervision and management of major roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects
• Experience working on large-scale projects within the GCC region is preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of engineering standards, specifications, and construction practices
• Proficient in relevant engineering and project management software
• Sound knowledge of construction health, safety, and environmental requirements
