We are looking for a
Resident Engineer
to oversee and manage the site execution of high-rise building projects in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate must have over15 years of relevant experience
, preferably within a reputable consultancy environment, and must be familiar with UAE construction regulations, codes, and standards.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design, quality, timelines, and safety standards. Act as the main liaison between the client, contractors, and design teams. Monitor progress, inspect work, and manage contractor deliverables. Lead site meetings and issue site instructions as needed. Review and approve method statements, materials, and shop drawings. Resolve technical issues on-site efficiently and professionally. Prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders. Ensure adherence to local authority regulations and project specifications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum
15 years of experience
, including significant high-rise project exposure. Strong consultancy background is essential. Excellent knowledge of construction practices, project management, and contract administration. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Ras Al Khaimah regulations is a plus. Must be currently residing in the UAE or willing to relocate toRas Al Khaimah
