• Inspect Daily Site Works and Activities, issue Site Instruction, SORs & NCRs to Contractors, Respond to RFIs, Nurseries visit for plant selections, Mock-up approvals, and authorize payments as per work completed/approved.
• Testing & Commissioning of irrigation system, snagging/de-snagging, review Warranties/Guarantees and handover project satisfying all closeout documents until final issuance of TOC.
• Coordination with all other services/disciplines & design team, meeting with Employer, Stakeholders and Authorities.
