:

Euro Group Engineering Consultancy is seeking a highly experienced Resident Engineer for a 24-month infrastructure project in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in infrastructure projects, particularly focusing on bridges, highway roads, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are executed according to design, budget, and schedule. Maintain strong onsite presence, oversee construction staff, and ensure compliance with engineering principles and safety regulations. Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and local authorities, to ensure effective coordination and communication. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team in infrastructure development including bridges and highway roads. Review engineering plans and specifications, making recommendations for improvements or adjustments when necessary. Ensure quality control and project execution meet the highest standards of technical and safety requirements. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process in a timely and efficient manner. Prepare and present reports on project progress, quality, and performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. More than 16 years of professional engineering experience, with a strong focus on infrastructure projects such as bridges, highways, and associated services. Proven track record of successful project management and execution of large-scale engineering projects. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing and coordinating large teams. Excellent knowledge of engineering software and tools. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
