Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage infrastructure, landscape, and irrigation project activities to ensure compliance with approved design and specifications.
• Develop scope of engineering work, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Coordinate with procurement, subcontractors, and vendors to align technical and contractual requirements.
• Review and approve engineering deliverables, ensuring adherence to standards, codes, and quality requirements.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, and performance of assigned technical staff, making adjustments as needed.
• Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate training and development of project team members.
• Lead interdisciplinary coordination between design, construction, and technical support teams.
• Support the Project Manager in planning, directing, and supervising project execution.
• Review change orders, assess scope variations, and manage technical and contractual documentation.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and Dubai government authorities to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with NOC and commissioning procedures.
• Ensure strict adherence to project health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports, technical correspondence, and documentation for management and clients.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Agricultural Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction supervision of infrastructure, landscaping, and irrigation projects.
• At least 2 years of direct experience on large-scale infrastructure projects in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai authority NOC procedures, commissioning requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Comprehensive understanding of engineering, construction, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in CAD and related engineering software.
• Solid understanding of construction health, safety, and environmental practices.
