Provide technical support for both infrastructure and applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve network and hardware-related issues.
Identify and diagnose application-related problems, ensuring minimal downtime.
Coordinate with networking and hardware teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
Support end-users with technical queries and escalations.
Ensure system uptime and performance as per agreed SLAs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6-8 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and application support.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve application-related issues.
Excellent coordination and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Skills
Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or equivalent will be an advantage.
Prior experience in a client-facing or resident engineer role.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management.
