Full-timeWe are seeking an experienced
Resident Engineer
to join our engineering consultancy team for ongoing and upcoming projects in the UAE.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise construction activities on site and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor quality, progress, and safety on site. Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Ensure works are carried out in accordance with local authority regulations and project standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
as a Resident Engineer. Strong experience inconstruction supervision of building projects
(high-rise experience preferred). Proven UAE/GCC experience is highly desirable. Excellent knowledge of construction standards, QA/QC procedures, and safety regulations. Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and manage site teams effectively.What We Offer:
