About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced

Resident Engineer (Civil)

with a strong background in

consultancy firms

and extensive

onsite experience

managing

high-rise/vertical building projects

in the GCC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading site supervision, ensuring project compliance, and maintaining quality and safety standards across all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead site activities for high-rise building projects. Act as the key liaison between client, consultants, and contractors. Ensure all work complies with approved designs, drawings, and regulations. Review and approve technical documentation, reports, and site progress. Implement and monitor quality assurance and safety measures on-site. Resolve technical and contractual issues in coordination with stakeholders. Provide strong leadership and mentoring to site teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred). Minimum

15 years of professional experience

, including at least

10 years in the GCC

. Strong background working in

consultancy companies

. Proven track record supervising

high-rise/vertical building projects

. Excellent onsite experience with technical problem-solving skills. Solid knowledge of building codes, standards, and safety regulations. Strong communication, leadership, and reporting abilities. Professional Engineering license/chartership is an advantage.
