Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced
Resident Engineer
to join our team.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise site works, maintenance, and repair activities. Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project timelines. Conduct inspections and prepare progress reports. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Coordinate with stakeholders, including school management and FM teams.
Requirements:
Diploma in
Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
(or equivalent). Proven experience as aResident Engineer
in schools or FM projects. Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and construction supervision. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage contractors and ensure quality deliveryJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
