10+ years (Consultancy)A seasoned Resident Engineer with over a decade of experience overseeing large-scale building projects in Dubai. Adept in construction supervision, contractor coordination, quality assurance, and adherence to project specifications and timelines. Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, resolve site issues efficiently, and maintain client satisfaction. Extensive knowledge of local building codes, authority regulations, and contract administration (FIDIC-based). Committed to delivering high-quality outcomes in fast-paced, demanding environments.
