Resident Engineer
1-Respponsible for overseeing and managing the site on behalf of VX Studio and this include planning, scheduling and coordinating activities to ensure timely completion with the desired quality within the budgetary constraints.
2-Possees strong technical background and the ability to demonstrate strong leadership.
3-Managing site supervision teams
4-in Charge of site documentation and reporting
5-acts a s a primary point of contact between VX studio and the Client
5-Responsible for quality control and assurance
6-Managing and monitoring safe work environment. To identify potential risks in collaboration with the safety managers.
Qualifications
1-Bsc in Arc/Civil or Construction Management
2-20 years' experience out of which 15 years on same position in the UAE
3-Leadership skills
4-Good communication skills
5-Excellent on Primavera.
