We are seeking a qualified

Resident Engineer

with a strong consultancy background to manage and supervise high-rise building projects in

Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah

. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the UAE, particularly in handling large-scale residential or commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and timelines. Monitor construction progress and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants. Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations on site. Review and approve shop drawings, materials, and method statements. Handle contractual and technical issues in line with FIDIC contract requirements. Liaise with authorities for necessary approvals (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, etc.) Prepare progress reports, site memos, and non-conformance reports as required.

Key Skills and Expertise:

High-rise building supervision experience Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and contract administration Quality assurance and site inspection capabilities Effective stakeholder and team coordination Familiarity with local building codes and authority regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in a consultancy firm Previous experience in UAE high-rise projects is essential Excellent communication and leadership skills Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
