Mandatory Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Experience in construction project management, preferably in the UAE. Minimum of 5 years of experience inside UAE. High ability to understand architectural details. Site experience for projects up to G+4 including construction, supervision, investigation and subsequent report writing. With Dubai municipality License G+4 With Trakhees accreditation license Strong understanding of UAE building regulations and construction standards. Proficiency in project management software (

e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, MS Project).

Excellent communication and leadership skills. Familiarity with health and safety guidelines. Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and teams effectively.

With Valid UAE Driving License.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage construction activities on-site. Ensure that work is executed according to project plans, schedules, specifications, and regulations. Review construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Ensure that all construction activities comply with HSE guidelines and local regulations. Monitoring the civil works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents and the procedures manual. Execute project design, documentation and contract administration services including regular project reviews Reviewing, approving, and processing all civil technical submittals. Answering RFIs related to civil works. Coordinating and supervising the work of all civil activities and operations. Quickly address any issues or challenges on-site to avoid delays or costly mistakes. Work with designers and engineers to adjust project designs in response to unforeseen challenges.
