Qualification & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. Minimum

20 years of experience

in construction and maintenance works, including various types of roads and structures. At least

10 years of experience with a reputable consultancy

, with proven experience working as a

Resident Engineer

. Must have acted as

Resident Engineer on a minimum of five (5) road maintenance projects

of similar nature and scope. Each referenced road project shall have a

contract value not less than AED 30 million

. Demonstrated experience in managing road maintenance works in accordance with approved specifications, standards, and authority requirements.
