Key Responsibilities

• Ensure residency and fellowship programs meet international accreditation standards such as ACGME, as well as regional bodies including the Arab Board and NIHS.
• Oversee accreditation processes, address agency feedback, and maintain continuous program compliance.
• Lead and coordinate Graduate Medical Education Committee (GMEC) activities to ensure effective decision-making and policy adherence.
• Establish, implement, and monitor policies that promote a supportive learning environment for residents and fellows.
• Manage and enhance the structure, curriculum, and assessment systems of residency and fellowship programs.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive feedback mechanisms for continuous quality improvement.
• Serve as the main liaison between healthcare institutions, accreditation authorities, and program directors.
• Provide leadership in aligning educational strategies with institutional goals and accreditation expectations.
• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a Master's or PhD in Health Education, Medical Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing residency and graduate medical education programs.
• Strong understanding of international and regional accreditation frameworks (ACGME, Arab Board, NIHS).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively with healthcare institutions, educators, and accreditation agencies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining academic excellence and compliance standards.
