Handle UAE residencies, work permits and visas along with other relevant travel-related documents. Reports to the Residencies, Work permits and Visas Specialist.

Primary duties and responsibilities -Support manager on all residencies and visas renewals and submissions -Support manager on relevant communication with new hires, leavers, and requesters -Timely escalate issues to manager and suggest relevant solutions -Maintain an updated database of staff residencies, visas, etc. Tag renewal due dates and ensure timely action accordingly -Update staff records: passport copies, photos, university degrees, IDs, etc. as well as for their family members and share all records with relevant parties and peers on real-time basis -Prepare client staff and dependents files to apply before relevant authorities -Schedule staff appointments as needed including medical exams, submissions and retrievals and allocate -PROs in liaison with RWV specialist for Abu Dhabi and Dubai -Superuser of DIFC and ADGM portals, master service requests submissions, status updates, new fees release and reflect data updates on Google drive -Regularly check with recruiting and Employee Relations for updates on new hires to launch visas and residencies applications -Cover for other RWV team members as needed and during their weekends -Additional tasks as assigned by the management
Knowledge, skills, and abilities Qualifications: -A minimum of 2 years degree or equivalent 2-3 years of experience -Sound knowledge of UAE local jurisdictions pertaining to Residencies and
Foreigners Affairs Skills: -Good knowledge in computer skills namely in MS Office and GSuite -Strong sense of initiative -Must possess a sleeves rolled-up approach and a can do attitude -Good communication and interpersonal skills -Demonstrated ability to work under pressure -Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative Team player -Must possess a warm, friendly and professional demeanor -Must possess a strong and assertive character
