Position Overview
The Residences Concierge role at Atlantis The Royal Dubai is a guest-facing position dedicated to delivering personalized, high-touch service for residence owners and their guests within an ultra-luxury resort environment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while creating memorable, long-term experiences aligned with the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for residence owners and their guests
• Manage and coordinate daily residential operations and service requests
• Anticipate resident needs through proactive communication and attention to preferences
• Arrange plans, experiences, reservations, and personalized services
• Provide detailed information on property amenities, services, and operating hours
• Offer guidance on local attractions, activities, and points of interest
• Maintain accurate records, service notes, and guest preferences
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Deliver consistently exceptional service that builds long-term resident relationships

Ideal Profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher
• Ability to manage multiple requests with discretion and attention to detail
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
• Russian language proficiency is highly desirable
