Job Description
Residence Concierges (both Male and Female) are urgently required for Dubai Academic City for pm shift (evening hours). The successful candidates will be immediately available and will have minimum of 2 years concierge experience in Dubai looking after busy hotel or residential property. Your duties will include
- Greeting guests/customers.
- Manage guest/customer complaint and assist on room repairs.
- Taking messages by phone, email and any other electronic means.
- Managing mail, luggage and deliveries.
- Escort guests on arrival/departures
- Complete room inspections and assets inventory
- Maintain public guest areas in the building
- Keep visitors log
- Perform basic administrative/secretarial/reception duties.
- Running errands to assist guests.
- Arranging transportation and excursions upon visitor request.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
