As Reservation Supervisor, we rely on you to:
Provide the highest level of service to achieve the highest possible occupancy levels for the purpose of maximizing revenues and profit
Assist in managing room availability across all distribution systems to maximize sales opportunities and minimize regret build up.
Deliver an exceptional customer expereince at the point of booking with both telephone and email reservations
Assist in handling reservation sales and quests requests in a professional and efficient manner.

Previous experience in Reservation on a supervisory level role within hospitality industry
