Reservations Sales Representative

to help drive our sales and keep operations running smoothly.

In this dynamic role, you'll be the key link between our customers and our business--delivering top-notch service while managing essential administrative tasks behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

Assist customers in choosing the right watersport equipment, rentals, and services. Provide knowledgeable, friendly guidance on products and offerings. Proactively drive sales and meet targets through excellent service and upselling. Manage inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely, professional manner. Process transactions accurately, including billing and payments.

Administration

Keep accurate records of sales, customer data, and inventory. Prepare bookings, invoices, and related documents. Handle day-to-day office tasks: phone calls, emails, scheduling, etc. Liaise with suppliers and vendors to manage stock levels and orders. Support marketing efforts by creating promotional materials and social media content. Contribute to the smooth operation of our business with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.

What We're Looking For

Experience in sales or customer service--ideally in the watersports or outdoor industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with great attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with admin or booking software is a plus. A proactive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently. Passion for watersports and outdoor recreation. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. Positive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
