Key Leadership Responsibilities
Lead and manage all Reservations and Revenue operations including Reservations, Distribution, Forecasting, and Pricing
Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR
Monitor market trends, demand patterns, and competitor pricing to drive optimal rate positioning
Oversee reservations processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and brand compliance
Manage room inventory, rate structures, restrictions, and yield controls across all channels
Drive OTA performance, channel mix optimization, and distribution cost control
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Front Office, and Finance teams
Prepare forecasts, budgets, and detailed revenue performance reports
Analyze KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve results
Ensure compliance with luxury brand standards, SOPs, and revenue management best practices
Required Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or related discipline
Minimum 5 years' experience in Reservations and/or Revenue Management within a 5-star or luxury hotel
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Reservations Manager, Revenue Manager, or similar leadership role
Advanced knowledge of Opera PMS, RMS platforms, and channel management systems
Excellent command of English; additional languages highly desirable
