We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for managing bookings, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the reservation process.
Process resort reservations efficiently and accurately
Provide up-to-date information on hotel facilities, special offers, and promotions
Handle room inquiries, confirmations, and cancellations promptly and courteously
Maintain accurate guest records and reservation details
Assist with yield management to maximize occupancy and revenue
Offer personalized recommendations based on guest preferences and history
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Handle financial transactions and maintain accurate records
Assist with overflow calls when needed
Stay informed about local attractions and amenities in Ras Al-Khaimah to provide tailored recommendations
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or reservations, preferably in the hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in reservation management systems
Passion for sales and promotion with a customer-focused mindset
Proactive, "can-do" attitude with a friendly and outgoing personality
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, mornings, and evenings
Basic math skills for handling financial transactions
Knowledge of local attractions and amenities in Ras Al-Khaimah
