Job Description
oKnowledge of PMS (Property Management Systems) preferably Opera or Fidelio
oMinimum 2 years' experience in Hotel as Reservations Agent or Customer Service Representative
oProcesses all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations according to the standards.
oProficiency with Microsoft Office
oExcellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
