We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused
Hotel Reservations Agent
to join our dynamic team. This position is open to
female candidates
of any nationality. As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, making room reservations, and providing outstanding service to hotel guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Provide information regarding hotel rates, facilities, and available rooms.
Ensure accurate entry of reservations into the system.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with administrative duties related to guest reservations.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Front Desk, Housekeeping) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
Qualifications:
Female candidates only.
Previous experience in hotel reservations or customer service is a plus.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Positive attitude and a strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
