Maintain and update the guest database, ensuring accurate information is recorded.
Promote Tattu's offerings, keeping guests informed about upcoming events and experiences.
Maintain close coordination with the service team, ensuring all guest requests are met.
Assist in analyzing reservation data, helping the team optimize bookings and availability.
Support the Reservations Manager in any administrative duties related to booking systems.
