Step into the role of
Reservations Agent
, where your proactivity, adaptability, and quick learning will make you an indispensable part of our team. In this exciting position, you'll ensure smooth, seamless operations while delivering exceptional service at every step. You'll manage
FIT reservations
, handling individual bookings with accuracy and care. You'll also take charge of
group reservations
--from the very first inquiry to final confirmation--coordinating room blocks, event spaces, and special requests by working closely with multiple departments.
Above all, you'll be a trusted point of contact for both group and individual guests, answering questions, resolving concerns, and creating a positive, memorable experience throughout the entire booking journey.

maximizing revenue
by confidently upselling rooms, packages, and hotel services while ensuring every booking is flawlessly processed and aligned with hotel standards. Collaboration is essential--you'll work closely with the Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to deliver a seamless, memorable guest experience from start to finish. Stay on top of room categories, rates, and special promotions, and respond to guest requests or concerns with courtesy and urgency, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
