We are a growing Holiday Homes company dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences and seamless property management. Our mission is to create memorable stays by delivering excellent service, efficient reservations, and personalized support to our guests.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle incoming inquiries through phone, email, and online booking platforms. Manage daily reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy. Ensure all bookings are updated in the system and coordinate with the operations team for smooth guest check-ins and check-outs. Respond promptly to guest queries and provide detailed property information. Monitor occupancy levels, maximize booking opportunities, and upsell services. Maintain professional communication with guests, partners, and property owners. Assist in preparing daily/weekly reservation reports and occupancy updates.
Requirements:
Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality (holiday homes/hotels preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and reservation/booking systems (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage). Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and guest-focused.
