Full Our company is looking for a Travel Consultant outbound & inbound. We are hiring staff Travel consultant in travel and tourism company who is efficient enough to bring out their best talents in the travel field and convince the customers with best communication skills and language efficiency. The utmost priority goes to the commitment towards their work and should have the ability to take appropriate decisions in accordance with the situations. Should have a minimum of 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in TRAVEL AGENCY as ticketing staff , should have good knowledge of GDS SABRE, Galileo & AMADEUS. Requirements and Skills: Consult with clients to determine their travel needs and preferences
Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours
Provide detailed information on travel destinations, including visa requirements, currency, and climate
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, promotions, and new destinations to provide informed recommendations to clients
Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their travel
Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
Respond to clients inquiries and visitor with a positive and helpful attitude.
Help clients identify their travel package based on their needs.
Regularly maintain a good relationship with our existing and new clients.
Minimum experience in a similar role is required.
Ability to commute & negotiate.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Requirements and skills

• Proven min 2 years of work experience as a Travel Agent/Consultant
• Knowledge about UAE tourist visa, holiday tours and airline ticket processing
• Must be expert on Galileo & Amadeus System & Sabre
• Excellent knowledge of traveling software (computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travel)
• Proficiency in English ,
• Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach
• Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc)
• Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
• Demonstrable ability to handle crises
