to oversee and manage our reservations team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, effective guest communication, and optimized occupancy rates across our property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the reservations team.
Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and special requests efficiently and professionally.
Coordinate with operations and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless check-ins and check-outs.
Monitor and update booking channels (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) and the company's reservation system.
Train, guide, and evaluate reservations staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Prepare daily and weekly reservation and occupancy reports for management.
Address guest complaints or escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies and guest service standards.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in reservations, front office, or holiday home/hospitality operations.
At least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of OTA platforms and property management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform well under pressure.
Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is an advantage).
Must be based in Dubai.
