Oversee daily reservation operations, ensuring all bookings are accurately entered and confirmed.
Monitor and manage the reservation system to optimize room occupancy and revenue.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing excellent customer service.
Coordinate with sales and front desk teams to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
Handle complex or special reservation requests, modifications, or cancellations.
Analyze reservation trends and report on occupancy forecasts and revenue opportunities.
Develop and implement reservation policies and procedures.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel rates, promotions, and availability.
Ensure compliance with hotel standards, brand guidelines, and health and safety regulations.
