Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Resrvation Revenue Incharge to join our vibrant hotel team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maximizing revenue through strategic pricing and market analysis, contributing directly to the financial success and growth of our property.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize room rates and maximize profitability.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to forecast revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create promotions and packages that drive occupancy and revenue.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust pricing models accordingly to respond to market changes.
- Prepare regular reports on revenue performance and present insights to senior management.
- Manage inventory allocation and distribution channels to ensure maximum revenue generation.
- Utilize revenue management systems and tools to support decision-making processes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality.
- Proven experience in revenue management within the hotel or hospitality industry, preferably in a comparable market such as Dubai.
- Proficiency in using STAAH is a must.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of revenue management software and distribution channels.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment and influence stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
