will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the reservations department, ensuring all inquiries and bookings are handled efficiently, accurately, and with exceptional guest service. This role supports the Revenue and Front Office teams by optimizing room inventory, monitoring booking trends, and training team members on best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the reservations team and ensure all bookings are processed promptly and accurately
Monitor room inventory and coordinate with Revenue and Front Office to maximize occupancy and revenue
Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms professionally and promptly
Oversee group bookings, special requests, and VIP arrangements
Review daily arrivals and no-show reports, and adjust bookings accordingly
Ensure all data is accurately entered into the Property Management System (PMS)
Prepare and analyze reservation reports to identify trends and opportunities
Train, coach, and evaluate reservation agents for consistent performance and service quality
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and packages
Resolve guest complaints related to reservations in a timely and professional manner
Maintain strong knowledge of hotel services, room types, packages, and promotions
