Ensuring that quality of reservation is maintained in terms of guest details, rates, payment methods etc. Planning and using efficient organizational skills to run the daily operation. Organizing on-the-job and weekly training for all staff. To keep reservations staff informed on all changes or developments within the hotel and the company. To spot-Check reservations made the previous day and Check all VIP arrivals Training, developing, and motivating staff to increase productivity.
