Responsible to maintain effective communication on all reservations made to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Show complete product knowledge, understand rate structure and apply rate management.
Excellent overall communication skills and be able to multi task and work under pressure.
Knowledge of Fidelio / Opera and ability to learn new systems.
Ensure to send confirmation for new reservation and follow up those without correspondence.
Enthusiastic, courteous & helpful to colleagues & customers.
Planning for business & analyses the needs of the operation.
Able to work alone and within a team
Practices 'Yes I Can' attitude
Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a reservations or front desk role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
Strong knowledge of reservation systems, booking platforms, and customer service processes.
Previous experience managing a team and overseeing daily operations within the reservations department is highly preferred.
