Supervise and manage the reservations team to ensure accurate and timely processing of bookings.
Handle all room reservation requests via phone, email, online booking systems, and walk-ins.
Monitor room availability, rates, and inventory to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Resolve guest queries, complaints, or special requests promptly and professionally.
Train, mentor, and evaluate reservations staff to maintain high service standards.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and no-shows.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Revenue Management teams to ensure smooth operations.
Implement and enforce hotel policies and standard operating procedures for reservations.
Generate reports on reservations, occupancy, and revenue trends for management.
Stay updated on booking trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in hotel reservations or front office operations (2-3 years preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of hotel reservation systems (PMS) and online booking platforms.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing bookings.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
