Holiday Homes Operations & Reservations Executive
to manage daily operations and reservations for short-term rental properties across OTA platforms.Key Responsibilities:
Manage listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Property Finder, and other OTAs Handle reservations, guest communication, and check-in/check-out coordination Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams Ensure high guest satisfaction and positive reviews
Requirements:
Experience in holiday homes, hospitality, or hotels preferred Strong knowledge of OTA platforms
Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work under pressureJob Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
